We will cover proper technique, and movement, and ensure that movements are being performed correctly, to your current ability, and safely. All ages and abilities are welcome and everyone’s journey is a little different.
If you have never stepped foot in a gym before, or are new to this style of working out, we will support you every step of the way.
All movements are broken down and scaled to meet the level that you are at. There is no “one size fits all” approach to the services we offer. Safety is our number 1 priority, you came to us to get healthy, and we won’t let you stray from that path.
