Nobles Sports Performance classes start as early as 9 years old and up through college level sports. We do a detailed initial assessment to establish our areas of focus for each individual athlete. We do not take a general approach with this since each athlete has different strengths, weaknesses, and goals. Therefore each athlete will have a 100% personalized program to them, their sport, and their position.
Our initial focus is to build the strongest foundation possible through proper technique, core work, mobility, and joint stability. Once we have established that we increase the intensity as we begin to focus more on strength, and explosiveness.
Strength training through proper technique will greatly decrease injury by strengthening the proper muscles, ligaments, and tendons. This is especially important with our younger athletes as they’re growing quickly. We not only strength train to help with this but we also do drills to help certain areas become stronger.
We also offer a separate Noble Speed and Agility Course for those looking to work on their agility, coordination, footwork, acceleration, and top end speed. This program can be separate from our Sports Performance but is ideally paired with it for optimum results.
